Venzok Labs is a software development company that designs, builds and supports websites, apps and desktop software. For this website we decide how your personal data is used, which makes us the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Only what you type into the contact form:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• The services you are interested in and the short description of your project

To understand how many people visit and which pages help them, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not identify you or follow you across other sites, and gives us only anonymous totals such as page views, country, browser and device type.

We do not use advertising trackers or cookies. The site saves a few preferences in your browser (light or dark theme, sound on or off, 3D on or off), which never leave your device.

Like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) briefly processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, for example by limiting how many messages one connection can send.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To send you a quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver and support the work
• To keep the contact form free of spam and abuse

We process your data because you give it to us and ask us to respond (your consent). We do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.

Your message is delivered to our team's email inbox. The services that make this possible are:

• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Google (Gmail), which delivers and stores our email

These providers may store data outside India under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last conversation, so we can follow up on the same project. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
• Ask us to correct, update or delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time (we then stop using your data, though this does not affect anything already done)
• Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf
• Raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India

The site uses HTTPS, the contact form checks every message on our server, and only our team can read enquiries. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
